multiple language web site

Good evening. What i need is a multiple language website. I thought i could use normal plugins but i just realized this is impossibile with WP.com.Now, the solution i was thinking of is to use 3 or four subdomain, mirroring my website and then transalte the single pagese. May have any instructions please ?
