Multiple languages posted by my own writing generate billing load for my business

Woprpress.com uses ‘google translate’ to post a single language. The other language readers use google translate to read. However, as my experience to use google translate, it cannot reach the perfect results. Such as the traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese have different phases used in the same thing. Such as standard is ‘shui-zhun“ in traditional Chinese and ”shui-ping“ in simplified Chinese. In addition, the grammar for the English and Chinese has big differences. I need to move words around after using the google translate usually.
Each of my websites, I have English, traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese. Without a billing discount, it lets me feel hesitate to host my websites under wordpress.com upgrade rate.
