Multiple menus for multiple languages

    I want to create a website with multiple menus to accommodate multiple languages but don’t want to pay for another domain and don’t want jump down links in the pages/posts. Is there a way I can make a link that will switch to a different homepage that would have a different top menu? or maybe a free theme that allows this.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You might want to look into using a custom menu widget with widget visibility conditions to show/hide the different-language menus on different pages. See the section called “Create a language-specific menu” for full instructions.

    Is there a way I can make a link that will switch to a different homepage that would have a different top menu?

    This isn’t something you can do here on WordPress.com, but you could set up your main custom menu to simply be links to your two homepages, i.e. “English” and “français” and then use a custom menu widget for the full menu in each language.
