Multiple pages rather than infinite blogroll

  I’m using the Big Brother themed wordpress and all my posts are compiled in an infinite blogroll. Once on my main wordpress page, a reader is able to see every word of every post I’ve written. Is there any way I can create a blog with a “continue reading” link that actually takes you to the rest of that single blog’s text? Currently, if you do that in the post, it simply takes you to the exact spot on the infinite blogroll. Must I upgrade for that feature?

  Please give me a link to a post that does this. I have never seen that in a WordPress.com blog.
