Multiple photos on static web pages

  Using the Twenty Eleven theme, I have a combination website and blog. Ideally, on one of the static website pages I would like to insert a few photos formatted such that there is one photo, then below a couple paragraphs of text, then the next photo with text paragraphs below, etc. Can I do this and, if so, how?
