Multiple portfolio pages

    Hi, I want to create multiple portfolio pages on my site.

    Homepage (FrontPage) has image portfolio items SQL, Java, Php, Object oriented programming.

    Once the SQL image is clicked on, it loads another SQL portfolio page with more image thumbnails relating to the subject SQL such as, intro, theory, exercises.

    Once the theory image is clicked on, it either loads a blog post detailing the SQL theory or a SQL theory portfolio page.

    No sidebar navigation menu. I want to navigate predominately via the image thumbnails.

    I’ve tried to create this user journey in portfolio themes such a espied, blask. I can create the front page with portfolio image icons successfully. But they all load a blog post instead of another portfolio page when clicked on.

    Is the above user journey possible in wordpress and if so with which themes?

    What’s the theme that you use?

    I want to create multiple portfolio pages on my site.

    This may be possible – you can set Portfolio Types, then create a menu using these Portfolio Types. You can then have an assortment to present on your homepage.

    I must say, probably depending on the theme you’re going to use, this needs a little manual editing. I’d be happy to help you walk you through this if you want you, and you can decide which theme you want to use.

    Hi Rose, thank you for your reply.

    Can this be achieved in the espied theme? I tried to look on YouTube for walkthrough for the espied theme but there aren’t any.

    Instead of using sidebar menus to click on each portfolio page, can we not do:

    On portfolio page 1 click on SQL image.
    Loads portfolio page 2 with more portfolio images relating to all things SQL.

    So in effect, we are trying to load portfolio page 2 by clicking on a portfolio item located on portfolio page 1.

    A walkthrough of this would be awesome.
