Multiple Post Pages
-
I am a new blogger so please pardon my ignorance!
I want to have a Blog with more than one page that I can make posts in. For example, I would like to have a music page, with nothing but music in it, I would like a page for events and I would like to have a third page for additional content. Is it possible to separate posts to specific pages?
Like the way this is set up.

Well, sort of.
At Wp.com all your posts go to the main blog page, but if you use a Custom Menu you can also link to what is called Category Pages, so if you add the category Music to all your Music posts, then use the link to that page, eg raincoaster.com/category/music and put it in the custom menu; then when people click on it they get ONLY your music posts.

Ok, that might work! I would still need a page for “all” of the posts. That would be the main blog page correct? Thank you for the help raincoaster!

Yes that would be the main blog page (by default, the blog front; if you set a static page as your front, then you need to create one more page and set it as your posts page).
See here for more on your question:
