Multiple posting pages/authors within one domain

  Hi,

  Could use some help with the following question:

  How can I have one wordpress location that has multiple pages (with separate authors) within the same domain. I am trying to track experiences of people from each year, so ideally there would be one central page that could have all the various years within it, and the authors/posting ability for each year as a page within the domain.

  Any help here would be great.

  More clarification: if each year had 10 authors, is there a way to maintain each set of 10 authors to separate pages within one wordpress blog? Kinda like account management within wordpress that can facilitate multiple blogs within one site that is linked either through the header or widgets.

  One solution would be to make the authors’ names into categories. The readers could select the category of the author to read all of his posts. (use a category widget in sidebar)
