Multiple Problems

    Hello:

    I recently created a Wordress.com blog that included the WordPress Blavatar by the URL. I’ve been working on the layout, etc. and after completing my first post… my blog is no longer showing the WordPress Blavatar, I am unable to reload my Gravatar, my blog does not appear in Firefox at all using my URL, my settings keep changing, and I am having considerable difficulty in following many of the instructions regarding adding content, knowing what the layout will look like, etc., etc..

    I should also add that I have a Brain Injury and have problems with both my processing of written language as well as my short-term memory… so it would help immensely if WordPress would include more pictorial examples and make use of multi-sensory instructions. The videos have been helpful… but for those of us with TBIs and new to blogging… the current means of providing instructions makes it very difficult to navigate and clearly understand how to use all the features and put a blog together.

    Nevertheless… I had managed to get a good start and am in the process of preparing an important video that I want to post to my blog as soon as possible… and now (at least on Firefox) my blog appears to have disappeared entirely and is not showing up as a WordPress blog on Safari either. I have paid for Videopress and an upgrade of space… so I would like to know how I can proceed and also maximize the viewing of my blog content? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated… thanks!
