  Some of our followers report receiving multiple e-mails every time a new comment is made on our blog. Here is one of their complaints:

  When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service?

  What should I advise they do? Is there anything I can do?

  Hey there!

  You can give them the following steps to unsubscribe from those comments:

  • Go to: https://subscribe.wordpress.com/
  • Click Comments (as seen here: https://cloudup.com/cw-w1qBZqwA)
  • Have them find your blog and the post on which they subscribed to comments, the click Unsubscribe.

  That’ll do the trick!
