  Hello
  I was wondering is there any feature to create another blog under the same domain with my previous one? or as subdomain or another domain but still UNDER the same statistics page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No you cannot register two blogs with the same URL.
  Yes you can map a sub-domain. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/
