Multiple sites?

    For 3 years I have been running a site (called Walsall Life) and decided to make another which I did very easily as the content wasn’t suited to my original site. Problem is I produced the first post and published it but it cannot be found when you type its title into any search engines. Are you allowed multiple sites or do you have to subscribe and pay if you want more than one or am I just missing something? I have looked on the forums but haven’t found anything that answers my question. If you can have more than one site for free, how do you go about it? Any help much appreciated.
