Multiple sites

Ok Ive been doing a travel blog and have been so pleased with wordpress that i want to use it for my two small businesses. I also want to start a different blog. I have several email followers on the travel blog and it automatically posts to my facebook page. That is great and what i want. If i publish a post on my second blog will that automatically go out to everyone and facebook too? When i set up my business pages what about them. Posts will only be relevant to each site and i dont want followers to get posts from all of my wordpress sites. Can you tell me how this works please

The followers on the first blog will not automatically follow your subsequent blogs.
The Publicize to Facebook on your first blog will also not be automatically be added to your subesequent blogs.“i dont want followers to get posts from all of my wordpress sites. “
