Hi there,
I don’t think it is possible that multiple sites have the same URL as you say, can you please take a snapshot of the dashboard so we can see what you mean.

Hi. They said that multiple sites (of theirs I presume) have the same title. There is no limit on the number of sites that may have the same title, even in one account.

yes, you are right musicdoc1, the title can be the same.
the client must look at the URL for the right site because those URLs can’t be the same, and then he must delete the other ones.

You are of course correct about the URLs being different, but my point was that you said, “I don’t think it is possible that multiple sites have the same URL as you say…” They didn’t say that.
Now I get it
Secondly, I took it for granted that they’d be able to tell the sites apart without reference to the URLs. Unless the sites are exact duplicates of each other, then they’re likely to be relatively easy to tell apart. However, I see your point now. The instructions in the Permanently Deleting Your Site section of the Delete Site support page tell you to go to My Site(s) → Settings to do the deleting. However, in accounts with multiple sites the following apply:1. At My Sites, URL: https://wordpress.com/stats/day, there will be no Settings link in the admin menu in the left sidebar. You have to choose a site first. So the real path to Settings for the site would be My Sites → specific site → Settings.* In the case of more than one site with the same title, the URLs, as you indicate, will distinguish them.
2. If you happen to find a link to the General Settings page somewhere, or get there by appending “settings” to the URL https://wordpress.com/, then again you’ll be required to choose a site, and again the URLs will distinguish them.
