Multiple Sites (Admin of only 1) login issues
-
Okay so here’s my dilemma and I hope someone can help me. I’m still fairly new to WordPress and this is starting to get on my nerves.
I started my blog (adamonsports.ca) and have been happy with it. Recently, a fellow hockey writer who runs a site based off WordPress (thehockeyreport.net) has asked me to join his team of writers which I said i’d be happy to. Here’s where the issue comes up. I am the admin/creator of only ONE of these sites. adamonsports.ca is MY original site. Up until today we had created a separate login for me for the other site but we did it as an invite to my email address (through users he added me as an author via my email) and they were both working. My email and password for my site and my username (which is connected to the same email) and password for the other site. For some reason after a few days it will log me out of both (even though I have selected remember me) and won’t allow me to log into either resulting in me having to reset my password for my own blog access.
So here’s my question. Is there any way for the creator of the other blog (thehockeyreport.net) and I to somehow make it so that his site AND MY site show up under the “my blog” section with one simple log in? If not can you offer alternative solutions!?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like your site (adamonsports.ca) is a WordPress.com site, and the new one (thehockeyreport.net) is hosted elsewhere. That means by default they will require separate login credentials.
It doesn’t appear that thehockeyreport.net is running our Jetpack plugin. If they were, you could use your WordPress.com credentials to log in there. You might talk to the site administrator about it.
For more information see http://jetpack.me
Specifically for the module that would allow for this kind of login, see:
