Multiple Tab/Page Blog Formats

  Greetings,

  I am looking for a format in which I can have multiple tabs such as… music, art, poetry. Within those pages or tabs I would like the option to create blog posts. I’ve tried both menu’s and pages however I was unable to create posts within them. Are there certain themes which support such a format?

  You cannot post to a page. Blogs have one dynamic page each: the is the only page that changes every time you make a post. Pages are always static. The do not change. You cannot categorize them. But posts are different from pages: they have dates attached to them, and most importantly they can be categorized. You can use the links to categories in a custom menu.
