Multiple themes on a wordpress.com web site

  I’d like to be able to use two different themes and be able to select one theme on one post and another theme on another post. I saw info from wordpress.org for installable plugins, but I can’t find any info for my wordpress.com site. Is it possible? If not, and the only option is creating a second wordpress.com site, what about the followers I already have on the first site? Can they carry over too, or do they have to sign up all over again?
