I need to get multiple URL accounts integrated to my admin dashboard.

I have three URLs in wordpress all hosted by a creative web agency:cisternacoffeeco.com
@matluce
(email visible only to moderators and staff)beehiveglobalcollective.org
@mathewluce
(email visible only to moderators and staff)emberplatform.org
@mluce24
(email visible only to moderators and staff)all three are separate accounts. The problem is that all share the same contact email, so I am unable to set up payment for woocommerce (cisternacoffeeco.com) for shipping.
I dont want to set up a multisite, but I would like a way to access all three projects from one dashboard, as well as manage payments for each.

To do that, just reconnect the three sites under the same WordPress.com account.
Disconnect Jetpack from WordPress.com at Jetpack > Dashboard > Site Connection > Manage Site Connection in your site’s Dashboard, then connect again when prompted to the desired account.

is there an individual I can talk to on the phone? to walk through these steps. Additionally I need to delete the site mathewluce.wordpress.com. which was accidentally created while trying to find support for this issue

Visiting https://wordpress.com/help/contact will always connect you with the highest available support option for your plan.
To do what you’re looking to do, just follow these steps:
1. Visit https://cisternacoffeeco.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard
2. Scroll down to the “Site connection” box.
3. Click “Manage site connection” and disconnect from the WordPress.com account that site is currently connected to.
4. You will be prompted to re-connect. Follow the steps it directs you through to connect to the desired WordPress.com account.
5. Repeat the previous 4 steps on your other 2 sites to connect them all to the same WordPress.com account.
Additionally I need to delete the site mathewluce.wordpress.com. which was accidentally created while trying to find support for this issue
