Multisite and Freelancing Limitations Using Premium

I am looking to a) upgrade my current WP or b) start over as a potential freelancer. I currently manage two of my work WP sites, but still have questions. I used to own 2 photography websites.
GOALS:
I would like to create a new single marketing/portfolio WP site with the potential of hosting more sites via a single WP dashboard in the future.
-Room to grow and host maybe another site or two (as I am not a full time web developer)
-Keep costs down as I am not sure if this will be my ‘business’ model or just my freelancing workPremium + Elementor Pro + bluehost
-Am I able to host more than one site easily with this plan?
-Are there any limitations for having more than one site on a dashboard?
-*If* I want to freelance and help small businesses build their brand, is it common AND easy to host them on one Dashboard? -

What exactly do you mean by this? You are posting into the support forum for the host WordPress.com. If you wish to build a site over at Bluehost you’d need to approach them. Below is a link with the WordPress.com plans that are available. The Business plan would be required if you wished to use external themes/plugins. Here one plan applies to one site. Multiple sites would need multiple plans although you can of course have multiple free sites (with more limited functionality).
