Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?
The reason why I ask is because it’s not possible, to run a multi-site on WordPress.com.
A 403 error means there’s an access issue at stake there.
I hope this is helps so far!

Hello Adam,
here are the URLs of all 3 sites
https://safeinsoundapp.com/
https://keysandkrowns.com/
https://mygambit.co.uk/
One more issue i am facing here is whenever I install any plugin and activate it on Network it only works and appears on the main site and not for the other 2 sites.
Please Help me to solve this issue.
Thanks -
Hey there,
This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
It means our support is limited as we do not host or have access to the site.
I’d recommend checking that the plugins were Network Activated when they were installed, and following that in the network admin dashboard visit Settings » Network Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the checkbox to enable plugins menu.
I hope this helps and best of luck!

Hey there,
Thanks for reaching back out.
Please guide me on how can i solve this issue,
We wouldn’t be able to help in this instance as the site(s) are not hosted with WordPress.com.
Also if possible can we connect on a Zoom call so I can explain to you all about the WordPress site issues I am facing.
We could potentially help, but the sites would need to be migrated over to WordPress.com, and that’s possible to do with this plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/
Each site would also need a WordPress.com Business plan of there own, and they would not be multi-sites at that point, although can be housed under the one account.
As it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!
