Multisite Network Does Not Work

  I followed all the steps to configure a Multisite Network, but every time that I try to open the Dashboard or the web address of the new site, I have the next error message:
  !
  File not found (404 error)
  If you think what you’re looking for should be here, please contact the site owner.
  I hope you can help me.

  The site you’re referring lucstamrah.com is not hosted on WordPress.com.

  Name Servers:
  ns01.domaincontrol.com
  ns02.domaincontrol.com

  Please share the site URL, if this is regarding to any other site which hosted on wordpress.com?

  This is a public forum which provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  I am novice and self taught in WordPress, my site lucstamrah.com is hosted in GoDaddy.

  Can you give me some suggestions to fix this problem, or where to ask for help?

  I forgot to tell you the next.

  My site lucstamrah.com, is a WordPress site, the new site, that I create using the WordPress Multisite options, is: http://guitarconcepts.lucstamrah.com/wp-admin/

  This last site, I can not open it, and I can not open its WordPress Dashboard, because I have error messages.
