    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query regarding adding new team members to your WordPress site. I understand the challenges you’re facing and would be happy to provide some guidance.

Since your site is not hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting, but instead uses a different hosting provider with the free, open-source version of WordPress, our ability to assist you directly is limited. Our support services are designed to work with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com, where we have the necessary access and tools to investigate and resolve issues.

However, I’d like to share some information about our WordPress.com managed hosting. Managed hosting on WordPress.com provides a range of benefits, including expert WordPress support, enhanced security, and performance optimizations. You can learn more about it here: https://wordpress.com/hosting/

If you’re interested in moving your site to our managed hosting, we offer an easy-to-use migration plugin that simplifies the process. This plugin can help you transfer your site to WordPress.com seamlessly. To find out more about this plugin and how to use it, please visit:

Lastly, since your current site is using the open-source version of WordPress, you can also seek assistance from the community support forums dedicated to this version. The community there is very knowledgeable and can offer guidance on a wide range of issues. You can find help at the following address:

I hope this information is helpful and points you in the right direction. If you decide to migrate to WordPress.com, we’d be more than happy to assist you further with any queries or issues you might have.
