Multisites

After I modified the settings for my wp multisite, I can not install plugins or themes. Even sending the themes or plugins via FTP, when I enter the admin panel I can not find them! Has anyone experienced this?

You pore posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
