music files wont pay in the WP player

  I have uploaded some music files to my blog (eg here http://applehoodandfatherpie.wordpress.com/2012/09/20/lantern/) but the file won’t play (I’m using Chrome browser).I’ve looked through the forums etc but think I’ve done everything right in terms of uploading. The file just won’t play,

  Am I missing something obvious? Many thanks

  The audio seems to be playing just fine for me. Which version of Chrome are you using?

  well, i assumed the latest one but i just checked and think its v 12 so i probably need to update.

  However- is there a way i can upload something that plays in older browsers too?

  Support for audio files is dependent on the browser, so not really.

  The latest version of Chrome is 21, so I image not many folks will be running 12.
