music in the background

  Is there a way to add a player to the sidebar which will play music automatically in the background when somebody will enter my blog? Any hints? Thanks in advance.

  I’ve tried their method of linking to an external MP3 file location and it does built the player but can’t open the file. Their expample works, but in reality this seems to be a put on.

  There must be something wrong with either the link or the file, since i just added a link to an mp3 on my blog a couple of days ago with no issues. Give us the link to the file and let us check it out.

  It doesn’t work in the sidebar as far as I’m aware. It DOES work in posts.

  … and it’s worth adding another usual point about autoplay: don’t do it. If people want to hear your choice of music, they can click to do so. If they don’t, their click will probably be to take them away from your site, never to return.
