  My music player isn’t working

  Hi Kathryn,

  Thankyou for responding to my query.

  I carried on trying to get the music player to work by uploading a few other songs. I managed to get two of them to play but the first two still won’t. I removed them but have put them back on the playlist now to demonstrate. They are m4a tracks.
  The ones that play are ‘Lover’ and ‘Becca’. ‘Let Me Stay’ and ‘Fiona’s Garden’ don’t.

  Thanks for setting that up. I’m verifying whether we support M4A files on the audio playlist in addition to MP3s. I’ll let you know as soon as I have an answer.

  Hi again, I’ve verified with our developers that the multi-song music player only supports MP3s at this time – sorry for any inconvenience.

  M4A files can be used to create individual players, as you can see here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/
