Music problem

  hi, anybody knows how to upload music to the blog? i read it in the forum http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/12/24/how-do-i-get-music-on-my-blog/
  the 4methods to get music. I want to try the first method but have no idea where can i paste,link it too. Can someone advise please?

  The first option listed in the FAQ requires that you have storage space available somewhere else on the Internet that allows you to directly link your mp3 file to your wordpress.com blog. Perhaps someone here can recommend free space that allows linking.

  The other no-cost option is using a widget, either the Box.net widget or Sonific widget, in your blog sidebar.

  the thing is where can i paste the link at? i’ve already got the link to paste, but no idea where can i paste it~

  You would paste the link either into a post or a page on your blog.
