MX Issues – Domain.com

I host my website through Domain.com and edit my site through WordPress. The email address attached to my domain sends emails but cannot receive them I contacted Domain.com yesterday, they told me that I would have to update my MX settings on WordPress and I did. They said it would take 1-4 hours. Today I’m still not receiving emails, I reached out again and they gave me the same instructions since my site is connected to WordPress and they can’t make any changes. Is there something else I’m missing on the WordPress side? Maybe I deleted or edited another DNS record that I shouldn’t have.

I also see you’ve added a MX record for the subdomain,
jas.delightedsoulmag.comThat would only work if your email address will be something @jas.delightedsoulmag.com. Is that what you want? If you just want the email to be @delightedsoulmag.com, the MX record also shouldn’t be on the
jassubdomain.Another question: Are you trying to set up email forwarding at domain.com? Looking at their website it seems they only offer forwarding and G Suite, and the MX record you added is not for G Suite.
If that’s what you’re trying to set up, we offer the exact same service here on WordPress.com, included with your domain mapping. So you could just set up our email forwarding instead if you wanted:

Thanks so much! I corrected it to just delightedsoulmag.com and will wait to see what happens. Honestly, I’m just trying to get my settings back to where they were prior to January 21 when everything worked fine. It wasn’t forwarded or through G Suite, I just use Domain’s webmail app to check my email.
