MX Record

Hello. I purchased the domain awakenedvitality.com and a corresponding e-mail account from godaddy.com. It looks like I set up the MX record for my e-mail to go to WordPress in error. Their technician said I need to contact you at WordPress to adjust it. Here’s their error message when I try to access my e-mail account – Based on your current MX record settings, we determined that your email is currently set up to work with a different provider. You cannot manage third party email accounts from the Workspace Control Center.

You can modify the MX records for your awakenedvitality.com domain via the Store->Domains page (direct link to that domain’s DNS: https://awakenedvitality.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains&action=dnsedit&domain=awakenedvitality.com )
We’ll need the MX records provided by GoDaddy for your domain. That can replace the current listing (which is setting your MX records to WordPress.com).
Could you ask them to send you the correct MX records for your account? You can add them at the link above or send them to me and I’d be happy to plug them in for you.
