My DNS is now pointing to wordpress. However I need tokeepmy email active. It is with register.com I got the “code” from them but it was not in WordPress format. Can someone tell me if this looks right? It has been nearly 12 hours and no email yet. I know they say up to 24 but it has never taken this long. On the other hand, I’ve never done it with a register.com account before.
MX 10 mx02.register.com.
MX 20 mx04.register.com.
CNAME mail.ellerinhealthmedia.com webmail02.register.com.Thanks.

According to the following link, your MX records look fine:
http://www.whatsmydns.net/#MX/ellerinhealthmedia.comHowever if you intended http://mail.ellerinhealthmedia.com to redirect to your register.com login page, you got your CNAME record wrong:
http://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/mail.ellerinhealthmedia.comTry the following CNAME record instead
CNAME mail webmail02.register.com

You’re welcome. Your CNAME record seems to be okay now because when I click on http://mail.ellerinhealthmedia.com I’m redirected to a register.com login page.
If your MX records are still not working and email messages are not getting through, you may want to contact register.com to check if you have the right information or if their spam filter is blocking messages.
