i need to change the mx records on my wordpress setup so my email will work again. when i tried to change over to wordpress my mx records got discombobulated and my email will not work. this means i can’t receive the verifying email to get this transferred. catch 22.

Your account does not own any upgrades or any sites. For what domain do you want to change the MX records? You can easily do it yourself from My Site ->Domains, but you need to be logged in as the account that owns the domain to do that.
