MX Records are set properly but google still can't see them

  Hi,

  I’m having quite a hard time setting the MX Records for Gmail to manage the mail. Did everything by the book and wordpress still won’t show them to google…

  Hi there coffeetologist,

  It looks like you also need to set a couple TXT records to make sure it works. Take a look at this page and make sure you’ve followed all the steps here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email-through-google-apps/.

  If you’ve followed all of those but are still having trouble connecting, take a look here for some common google apps issues and see if any of those resolve the problem: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/.

  If none of that works, this thread has been tagged for a staff member to take a gander so they should be able to get things worked out for you.

  Hi there,

  @coffeetologist is right. You need to add the TXT records to make sure that it all works.

  Type: TXT
  Name: info.coffeetologist.com
  text: v=spf1 include:aspmx.googlemail.com ~all
