Hello! I was wondering how i can congirure my Mx record with wordpress.com so that I do not lose my emails when switching over my name server to your site. Please contact me to let me know how I should proceed. Thank you!

Hi Katie, we have a guide here to adding email to your custom domain.
You’ll need to first ask One.com what their DNS records should be to set up your email, and then format them the way we require in your DNS editor, under Store > Domains, Edit DNS.
If you need any help formatting the records after getting them from One.com, we’d be glad to help if you paste them here for us to look at.

These are the records I have which I entered under “Edit DNS” in the store…
MX 10 mx-cluster-b1.one.com.
MX 10 mx-cluster-b2.one.com.How should I proceed?

Hi there, the format of those records looks right. Try sending yourself a test email and making sure it’s being delivered.
