MX records problem

  In most mx records it gives me a field to enter the info as
  Priority: 10
  Host: @
  Domain: brucestambaugh.yourwebhosting.com

  However in wordpress it asks for text only and I can’t seem to enter the host. Please help.

  Make sure you get the correct MX records from your e-mail hosting in order for e-mail to work.
