My $22.88 refunded not yet transfer to my account

    Please to let you let know that, my $22.88 refunded for cancellation purchase domain not yet transfer to my account as It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in account.
    Could you please check for me regarding to this issued?

    Hi Sopov,

    I checked your account and cancelling your plan only triggered a partial refund. I’ve just refunded $13 to you — you’ve now been refunded in full.

    The refund for $22.88 has been sent from our end so I’d recommend contacting your bank to see if they are still processing it. You can give them the transaction ID from the refund receipt in your Billing History:

    They should be able to locate the refund on their system using that information.
