My About Us/Landing Page content is showing 3 times in a row

Hi all, I am new to WordPress and am creating a website. Bluehost is my host. Somehow, even though when I go in, it says 130 total words, my content for my About Us page is showing 3 times in a row. When I delete it, it all disappears. If I put it back, it shows up 3 times again. Does anyone know what I might have done for this to happen? Thank you in advance!
