    Hi there,

    There is a spatenaude username account on WordPress.com, but that account has not been changed. The spatenaude account was created on WordPress.com in 2011, and has been inactive for at least the past two years, and I can see an attempted password reset, which I assume was you, about 17 hours ago. That account does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    The spatenaude2013 username you’re using to post here, is a completely separate account that was created in 2013. This account has also never owned any sites on WordPress.com.

    Can you please provide us with the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

    We had developed a full ergonomic training program on Word Press which we actively worked on until about 1 month ago.

    When accessed, this is what we get: Please sign up for the course before starting the lesson

    We are unable to access the actual training. Desperate for your help – please! I paid for the development and feel I should continue to have access.

    Hi –

    The site you’ve mentioned is not on the WordPress.com service. Here’s what I can see for ergovalley.com

    Registrar : Domain Registry of America

    It’s pointed towards:

    ns1.mediatemple.net
    ns2.mediatemple.net

    That site is running on a stand alone WordPress installation, it does not use WordPress.com. Help is going to come from wordpress.org/support/
