My access to Forum is still closed

  I have sent a mail to support and got a mocking reply : are you still having troubles ?
  I replied “yes”, but never any more reply.

  I’m sorry that you feel compelled to keep posting forum threads. I believe you know that we Volunteers answering support forum questions cannot provide any assistance with your issue. If you wish to communicate with Staff directly again here’s the link.
  After you use the searchbox below the search results at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

  Please be patient while waiting for Staff to reply to you . Staff have silver background stickers behind their user names and all others do not.
