My access to my account and web site has failed
-
When I log into my account it no longer shows my site. My site is alldressedupfancydress.com. It now just shows alldressedupemporium.wordpress.com. which is not my site. This site has no content. There is also no history of my purchase of a plan.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there Ray!
If you go to the following link: https://wordpress.com/sites, do you see both websites listed there? I can still get to your website(alldressedupfancydress.com), so I’m thinking maybe a second website may have been created under your account by mistake, or by someone else if multiple people have access.
I have wordpress.com/sites bookmarked as its the easiest way to switch through multiple websites. Alternatively if you’d like the 2nd website gone(assuming this was the issue), I can help you do that! -
I can only see alldressedupemporium.wordpress.com. I cannot see my web site. The website is still live on the internet.

It looks like you have more than one account. This one you are logged into now was created in October 2022. Perhaps log out and log back in with the username alldressedupfancydress and whatever password that site uses.
-
The account that I’m logged into is the account I normally use. I’ve never logged in using alldressedupfancydress as a user name so don’t know a password. If I try to reset my password I’m not sure which email it will send the reset link to. I was using (email visible only to moderators and staff) but that was cancelled by Virgin, so I don’t have access to it. I changed it to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

This is the link to the website I’m trying to get access to so I can update it https://alldressedupfancydress.com/

Access to the site is also required for someone else. She too can no longer see the proper web site. Her email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). When I tried to reset the account it asked for a reference number of a purchase transaction made with WordPress. Details are Visa transaction, £43.20, 18th September 2024, card ending 4014, 4029357733

I still can’t get access to my website. What I am looking for is that I have one site (www.alldressedupfancydress.com) and one account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). Any other sites can be removed. (e.g. alldressedupemporium.wordpress.com). Any previous accounts (e.g (email visible only to moderators and staff)) can also be4 deleted if my account details have been transferred. Can anyone help?

I’m not sure which account I used to build the account. If it was the Virgin account, I cannot access it any more. The email account does not exist any more, so I cannot use it to get access. How do I get access to the account that was used to build the site?
-
I’m now totally confused as to which account I should log into or which password is relevant. The Valsumner account is also available to me but again not sure if that account is correct. Can someone tell me which account I should be logging into? (the account used to build the site.
