  I subscribe for the Premium Plan last week and I started to create my website an I access my account those last few days and there’s nothing, there isn’t even no billing and purchase stories. But I checked on my bank account and you already charged me for the plan for the year. Can you explain what is happening?

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t been used to purchase any upgrades on WordPress.com, which suggests you have another. Did you receive an email receipt? If so, what is the address of the site listed there? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these public forums, a site address is the only information I need for now.

  You could also try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address the purchase receipt was sent to. Once logged into the correct account, upgrades should be listed on the Manage Purchases page.
