  Hello, I tried to delete my account following the instructions but without success. Can you permanently delete it please?

  Hello @jessicatomico –

  Closing your account deletes all of the sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, the data will be entirely purged from the system and at this point the process cannot be reversed.

  Is this what you were trying to do?

  You can permanently close your WordPress.com account from the bottom of your Account Settings screen here: https://wordpress.com/me/account
