  Hello,
  I recently purchased your most basic plan and created a website with a domain. However, when I go onto my dashboard it says the plan that I am currently signed up for is free and my website that I worked really hard on is vanished. Do you know how I can fix this problem?

  Hello,
  Thank you for the email. It was undercarebecausewecare.com. UnderCare is a new nonprofit that I am starting. I made the website off of the 4 dolar plan you guys have and everytime I go back to my dashboard it is disappeared and my website no longer exists.

  Also when I try to repay and possibly start a new account with that domain, It says it is already taken by a WordPress website(which is mine). Is it possible that the website is under a new account now? Because we did pay the $48 and have the domain, I just don’t know how to reaccess it.
