I don’t know how to be more clear. That is why I want a customer service number. WordPress charged me $300 for the business membership. It’s the yearly membership fee that I want back & my account to be cancelled. I don’t know how else to say this. Bree Benson

You are posting here as the WordPress.com username,
gracemassagetherapy2019. Under this username you have never bought anything from us, so there is nothing in this account to refund. You can see this yourself by looking at the purchase history screen at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/The plan you were charged for was bought under a different username, and we can only refund you if you request it as that username. In other words, you need to be logged into a completely different WordPress.com account to request this.
If you’re not sure what username or site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.
You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

Ok I found the $300 charge from WordPress. It was under gracemassages.com. WordPress doesn’t recognize that username. Can I have my money back now please. Bree Benson

That belongs to a different WordPress.com account, not the one you’re currently logged in to.
You can process a refund from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but you will need to be logged in under the correct account.

I’m not going to quit trying to get my money back. The problem I am having is I don’t know what username or password I used for my business membership. All I know is that when I pull the charge up it’s under gracemassages.com but that isn’t the username I used. Please help me figure this out. Bree Benson

To be clear, we absolutely will not cancel another account’s purchased property just because someone else claims to be the same person. That would be a huge security breach.

It is a Business Plan that was charged $300, but as far as we know, you were not the one who was charged, because the plan you’re referring to belongs to a different WordPress.com account.

Ok so what do I have to do to prove it’s me? I don’t know if the one I’m logged onto is the one I was charged the business account for?
