  I have not posted anything on my page and yet my account is still being charged`

  Hi, we don’t track how much you’re using the account so much as whether you have active services. That way people who have things set up the way they like it, or even those who have plans they have not implemented, will not be auto-canceled.

  For what it’s worth: I don’t see any charges on this account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets comment notifications and what not, so you can try commenting on the site and checking all of your email addresses if needed.

  You could also use wpchrg.com to locate the charge and contact Billing directly.
