    trying to transfer my domain from ipage to here so that i can start up an online store. i need a DNS number to give to ipage.

    Actually, I notice you submitted that support ticket via WooCommerce.com, so I’m not clear on what you want to do.

    Do you want to host a site here with us on WordPress.com, using WooCommerce on our Business or eCommerce plan?

    Or do you want to set up a self-hosted WordPress site over at iPage, using the WooCommerce plugin there?

    If you want to host the site with us, the first thing you need to do is create a new site, and upgrade to a paid plan:

    To use your own domain you can use any of our paid plans, but to use plugins like WooCommerce you’d need our Business or eCommerce plan.

    If you want to transfer the domain to us completely, you’ll need to unlock the domain at iPage, and get a domain transfer code from them. That you’ll add on our end to start a domain transfer. All our paid plans include one free domain transfer:

    Or if you want to keep the domain registered with iPage, and just point it at us, you’ll need the Domain Connection upgrade included in all our paid plans. Once you add that upgrade to your site, it will take you to a page that shows the correct DNS records for your site that you can use to point the domain to us.
