  Hi @athmanebezza1997,

  Before you can close your account, your site will need to be downgraded.

  Out of curiosity, was there a particular reason that you’re looking to close your account, and was there anything I could help with instead?

  Otherwise, in order to downgrade your site to a free plan, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme on 2021-08-23.

  Your site’s content (posts, pages, media files, categories, tags, projects/portfolios), theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were in on this date. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.

  The site will be set into private mode during the downgrade process. You will be able to set the site to a public or coming soon mode later. Normally, the downgrade process should not take more than 15-30 minutes, but for sites with a lot of content, it may take several hours.

  Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this process, and whether you would like to preserve any content added while on your plan.
