  Since I realized that your site is made for blogs rather than for a conventional homepage, I should like to delete this page completely.
  Is there a possibility to keep the domain johnmaibohm.com even if the page is deleted? How could I transfer it? Could I keep the domain even though I will not be your customer anymore?

  Hi there,

  You can in fact use WordPress to create a conventional website:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/using-wordpress-to-create-a-website/

  Even if you decide to delete your site, you can use the domain for a different WordPress.com site or point it to a different site hosted elsewhere.

  How could I transfer it?

  You won’t be able to transfer the domain until 60 days from when it was registered, but once that happens, you can follow the instructions in our support page:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/

  Before the 60 days are over, you can point the nameservers over to the other registrar and use the domain that way:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/

  You sure can! But again, you definitely can create a website with WordPress.com using a static front page:
