  Hi there,

  Your Premium plan was renewed on March 13, 2018. You can see a receipt of that renewal in your billing history:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Also, on the same day, we received a chargeback for that, meaning either you or your bank disputed the charge.

  If you file a dispute against us you are essentially accusing us of fraud. This causes all upgrades to be removed from your account and for your site to be locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy on chargebacks here:

  Since the dispute has already been closed in your favor and you have already received a refund, you can purchase the Premium plan again.
