My account and blog are gone without a trace
-
I had the site: blog.picturethis.ky It is gone as is the entire account. The account was under (email visible only to moderators and staff) (this email address) and it no longer exists. I have done nothing to it and have no idea why it is gone. I have recently become the owner of this company and domain and was in the dashboard recently, however since it has disappeared, when I try to recover this account I do not have the information you are asking for. Please help me I am desperate. The blog was the entire SEO for my newly acquired business. Please help me.

Hi! I’m sorry to hear that. The site seems to be hosted with GoDaddy, rather than our services. I visited the page and it lists a number to call. Can you reach out to them?
Here’s the difference between an WordPress installation hosted with them (or another host) and our hosting services:

Thank you for responding but it doesn’t change that my wordpress account has disappeared. How can I reinstate it? The account was under (email visible only to moderators and staff) and is no longer an account. I have no way of logging in as it says the account doesn’t exist, which it obviously did a few days ago. It was there sometime around Sept 30, as that was the last comment moderating email I received. Then the whole thing was gone. Also yes I called Go Daddy but seems the persons account that hosted the account is unavailable to me which makes no sense since I own the domain. So that is another battle I am fighting, but the disappearance of the entire WordPress account is something you guys can help me with.

To clarify, WordPress.com and the version of WordPress that GoDaddy uses (usually referred to as “wordpress.org”) are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
Because your site was hosted on GoDaddy’s servers, and not here on our WordPress.com servers, we do not have any backups or historical data for your site I’m afraid.
However, GoDaddy likely takes regular backups of accounts on their servers, and may be able to restore your site from the backups they keep on their end. To recover the site you will need to work with GoDaddy support in this case.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction.

Yes thank you I understand this but you still have not answered my question about why my wordpress account is gone. It has disappeared. I follow the usual link to login and it is no longer there as if someone deleted my account. I understand the blog was hosted with Go Daddy but why is the word press account gone too???

WordPress and WordPress.com are not the same thing.
You’ve never had an account with us on WordPress.com.
The WordPress account you’ve been using to log into your site is the admin account specific to your site. That account only existed within the database of that site on GoDaddy’s servers, so when your site was deleted from GoDaddy’s servers, the admin account was deleted along with it.
