My account auto renewed and I did not want it to, How can I get a refund?

  Refund for upgrade, My account auto renewed and I didnt want it to. Now it charged 100$ for another year, and I would like a refund for this current year. Since I do not use the site anymore.

  Hi Mark!

  I went ahead and refunded the cost of the renewal ($99). Please allow a few days before the funds are available on your bank account. I went ahead and left the domain (followmeg2g.com) on your account because I wasn’t sure if you still wanted to use it.

  If you don’t, I’m happy to cancel it from your account right away so you will not be charged going forward. Please note, the domain will be sent back to the registrar. It will be unavailable for several weeks and may be purchased by someone else.

  If you do still want to use it, I can provide some additional instructions on how you can use it with a self-hosted site or just hold onto it at WordPress.com.
